Our compounded arousal cream — often known informally as "Scream Cream" — is a physician-prescribed topical formulation applied directly to the clitoral and external genital area.


It's compounded specifically for you by a licensed pharmacy. Our formulation combines:

  • Sildenafil 2%
  • Aminophylline 3%
  • Arginine 6%
  • Testosterone 0.1%

in a 15mL container, working together to support localized blood flow, sensitivity, and hormonal response.


Because it's designed to act locally, it's applied shortly before intimacy rather than taken as a daily medication.
