What to expect

A typical session runs 20–30 minutes. You'll relax on the mat fully clothed while your provider sets your PEMF level and heat intensity based on your goals for that visit. No downtime — go straight back to your day afterward.

Who it's for

Most patients are good candidates for PEMF therapy. It's not recommended during pregnancy or for patients with a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device — let your provider know if either applies to you.
